Albino Treasure Coast Magic Mushrooms aka “ATC” (Psilocybe Cubensis, Treasure Coast Albino), is a P. Cubensis strain named after its place of origin, the Treasure Coast of Florida. This magic mushroom was found growing naturally in cow and horse dung in the Southern Florida Gulf coast (Treasure Coast). Since its discovery, Treasure Coast shrooms have proven to be a household name amongst psychonauts and mycologists. The Albino Treasure Coast mushrooms tend to have even more potency in its frosted caps.

Albino Treasure Coast shrooms are known to for very large flushes. Its fruits are not very tall but they are known to grow in large thick clusters. The Albino strains tend to grow slower but also contain more psilocybin in its caps.

Albino Treasure Coast is a mutation of the Treasure Coast magic mushroom strain, which originated on the Southern Florida Gulf Coast, and was popularized by the mysterious “Mr. G” (Mr. G is a commonly known shroom cultivator). The Spores Lab Albino Treasure Coast Magic Mushroom genetics were procured from a local cultivator in BC, and have been extensively isolated in order to promote fast colonization, resistance to contamination, consistency in fruiting, and increased yield.

This strain elicits the “classic” Psilocybe effects, including euphoria, visual stimulation, sensory enhancement/synesthesia, deep introspection, amplified emotion, and often a quite ‘mystical’ or “noetic” quality. This makes it a versatile strain, suitable for either therapeutic or recreational use. It’s commonly reported that Albino Treasure Coast (and “regular” Treasure Coast) are more visually stimulating than many other strains.

Its physical characteristics consist of medium/large fruiting bodies with thick, long, stalks and a beautiful pale white cap coloration. Albino Treasure Coast mycelium is exceptionally fast-colonizing, rhizomorphic, and relatively resistant to contamination. It’s fruits are reported to be above-average potency, and it is a moderate-yeilding strain.

We have also tested this variety using the the PSILO-Q Test kit, the first ever home-use quantitative psilocybin testing kit. Results show that this variety contains approximately 1.5% tryptamine content. By comparison, the average Psilocybe Cubensis mushroom contains between 0.6 and 0.8% tryptamine content.
